In our latest release of ShipMagic we rolled out a new design to make your experience easier and more enjoyable. That and other updates are reflected below.
On 10/16/20 we delivered:
An exciting new user Interface with a more intuitive flow to select your delivery dates; ship from and to locations; and, provide better visibility into the shipping rates from FedEx, UPS and USPS.
We bring the option to have the carrier pick up your package from your home or work location. If you choose to drop off your package, we show you the nearest locations and maps to get you there.
Enhanced address verification allowing for shippers to more easily send to suites and apartment buildings.
Updated payment processing through an embedded stripe integration to simplify and speed up the process to pay for your package.
Customers that have ShipMagic label printers at their locations are able to print their pre-paid labels, adhere them to their package, and use their drop-off location.
We also provide customers the ability to rate their ShipMagic experience and provide feedback to help us improve our service.
In addition, we have included a number of fixes and other minor enhancements.
We will continue to make ShipMagic the best, "No Trip To Ship," platform for our customers.
